Ways We Help
We do not subsidize income, we assist working families in crisis to meet their immediate need, returning them to a state of self sufficiency. Through Crisis Ministry and several programs, we are able to help families through their crisis with rent and utility support, food, clothing, furniture, child care assistance, Baskets of Hope, and much more.
OUR PROGRAMS
Crisis Ministry
By partnering with community agencies and social workers in Wake County, we provide rent assistance, food and clothing assistance, household furnishing assistance, child care assistance, and utility assistance to families in crisis.
Nourishing Our Neighbors
children in our community struggle in the summer months without access to free food from school. we supply 100 meals 4 times a week for the whole summer to support families who face food instability.
Angel Tree Project
We adopt over 150 impoverished families in our community each year at Christmas. We help provide gifts for children, household essentials, and grocery gift cards so their family can have a special holiday.
Produce Boxes
families in our community struggle to afford fresh produce. In order to help combat food insecurity, We deliver produce boxes four times per month to 50 local families.
Baskets Of Hope
Sometimes our families in need have difficulty affording basic necessities like laundry detergent, bath soap, or deodorants.we provide baskets full of household essentials to our families in need year-round!
Operation Give Pack
Operation Give Pack connects North Carolina State University athletes with ADTH. eight athletes join us, leveraging their NIL contracts, to provide vital assistance to vulnerable families.
