Each year ADTH adopts over 150 impoverished families in our community. We help make their Christmas special by providing gifts, household necessities, and grocery gift cards.

Adopt a family

Individuals, families, teams, or groups can adopt a family. Each child on the list should receive two basic necessities and two gifts of fun items. The family also receives a household essentials basket and grocery gift cards.

We rely on dedicated volunteers to help us in sorting and distributing gifts and supplies to families.

Donate Grocery Gift Cards

Each family receives gift cards to grocery stores so their family can enjoy a holiday meal.
If you are interested in donating, you can send them to A Doorway to Hope at: P.O. Box 911, Cary, NC 27512. Or contact us to coordinate a drop-off time. Food Lion, Target, and Walmart are preffered stores.
Over 3,800 Children Have Received Gifts Through the Angel Tree Program.
