What makes us different?

Our aPPROACH

  • We serve the working poor—families who are employed, striving to provide for their loved ones, but facing an unexpected crisis. Through one-time assistance, we help them overcome temporary setbacks and move toward lasting stability.

  • We do more than provide assistance—we build relationships. From serving meals in the community to delivering food and essentials directly to families' doors, our volunteers experience the impact firsthand. Every interaction is an opportunity to offer hope, encouragement, and genuine care.

  • We serve Cary and the surrounding Southwest Wake County Area, where need often goes unnoticed. Many hardworking families are struggling just around the corner. By focusing locally, we ensure our neighbors receive the support they need most.

  • When a family is referred by one of our community partners, we respond within 24–48 hours. By providing timely support during a crisis, we help meet immediate needs and get families back on the path to self-sufficiency as quickly as possible.
